At Gym Project we have a wide variety of classes available; from cardio to weights through stretching and combat, you will find a class to meet your workout needs. The classes are aimed at any ability with all exercises easily adapted to meet your individual ability. We limit the class sizes significantly so we can ensure you are looked after personally. As well the classes aren’t just your standard boring classes, where you’ll be doing the same routine week in week out, losing the will to workout whilst you’re waiting for the next release. They will constantly change and will be adapted to the goals of the people in the classes, the classes are so personal you’ll feel like you are being personally trained.
